Before answering your questions, I am hereby proud to announce that THEKEY team have already settled in Digital Currency Demonstration Center of the People’s Bank of China, located in the financial center of Jiangbei newly developed area in Nanjing City of Jiangsu Province. And we are participating in the International Competitive Bidding Program (ICB) co-launched by Digital Currency Research Institute of the People’s Bank of China and the People’s Municipal Government of Nanjing.

The People's Bank of China will set up an evaluation panel, with international practice, to conduct the bid evaluation on December 17, 2018 in accordance with the international standard of bidding procedures. The public bidding is a positive gesture from the Chinese government to encourage private enterprises to adopt blockchain technology and CRYPTOCURRENCY to participate in the construction of financial infrastructure. I will keep you updated about the bidding progress of THEKEY.

The cryptocurrency market is in a downturn, but there are still up to 120,000 supporters in THEKEY community. Hi Catherine, as mentioned TKY as utility token will be irreplaceably used in THEKEY ecosystem by participants to obtain the IDV service and it’s the only method to settle the smart contract in THEKEY ecosystem. So say if there is high demand of usage of TKY tokens between say a business like the Hospital or Insurance company and say the individual chinese citizens. How will the hospital or insurance company obtain TKY tokens to facilitate the transaction? is this done by purchasing TKY tokens on an exchange on market or another means? as the only way to settle smart contracts is using TKY tokens. Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, TKY is the only method to settle smart contracts signed between the participants in THEKEY Ecosystem. Hospitals, insurance companies or other service providers can obtain TKY from the individual users by providing services to them, or they can purchase TKY from open markets such as exchanges.

Although ICO is banned in China, the government never said the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency are illegal. On the contrary, Chinese government is embracing the blockchain technology and exploring the cryptocurrency applications due to the advantages cryptocurrency can bring, such as improving efficiency and lowing costs. I believe in the near future the high quality cryptocurrencies will be utilized in China, which includes TKY.

Currently, we are still using the NEO consensus mechanism for MVP purpose. However as I mentioned in the THEKEY MVP Mainnet Technical Report (https://www.thekey.vip/#/AnnouncementDetail/6a98ac0f472f6a98ac0f4731asw10735), I do think there’s any existing consensus mechanism is suitable for large- scale industrial application of THEKEY’ IDV services and we are planning to build our own public chain in the not-so-distant future. Hi, I have three questions that come to my concern after reading the progress report if I can get answers that will be highly appreciated thank you. Now that main-net is launched when are we getting an updated roadmap of things to look forward to? I understand that the key is working with the Chinese government but why is it not stated on their behalf is it due to legal reasons or withholding on the marketing/promotion for the right time when everything is working properly? If the ban in China last longer than expected is there an alternative set in place for citizens to obtain the tokens or will we have to wait out the ban, since you guys are working with the government I’m sure you have a solution set in place for this. Other projects are investment opportunities but this is a necessity for the citizens in the city (TKY) . What do you guys have planned for people to obtain the tokens to better enhance their life if the ban continues?

There is not such a letter or an official statement from the government as a proof that TKY at whatever situation maybe will be used by the Chinese government. No government will do such a thing since TKY is still under development and test as we clearly indicated in our reports and statements. Blockchain technology, together with crypto currency are still in their infancy stage there are a lot of work need to be done before they can be both used in the real world. There is a long way to go and before that day comes no government will give anybody such guarantee, not US government, not the Chinese government. Have you ever seen any government. But we are now closely working with the government on the issue and making a lot of progresses, as indicated hereunder, We’ve entered into lots of cooperation with governments. But due to the non-disclosure agreement, we are not allowed to disclose the details of the contracts. Hi Catherine, as THEKEY is one of the best projects out there and should attract big investors when will we be able to buy THEKEY with fiat USD/KRW pairs. I know there are also many other projects out there without FIAT pairs, however THEKEY considers itself as one of the few which will survive. In this regard it makes no sense for me that we always have to buy bitcoin or litecoin and transfer that to kucoin to buy thekey. We are always losing 5-10% trading fees before we can buy TKY. I know there is USDT pair at Kucoin but USDT is not a fiat pair it is a semi-stable coin which you also have to buy first with bitcoin or litecoin. I know there is a korean exchange but it has no volume. When can we buy thekey with fiat money without converting into bitcoin or pseudo-stable coins?

I can read THEKEY MVP Mainnet Technical Report. "Hospital DAPP initiates verification of 3 TKYs transfer to the payment contract."(20p) Is "3 tky" an example number? Or is it a real cost? and I can see "2tky", "1 tky" is also part of what is said.

2. If the cost is real, is the price stabled? Or is it an unstabled price? If the cost is example number, do you want to make a stabled coin? Or will it reflect real-time price movements?

THEKEY DAPP triggers the payment contract to complete the assignment of the Token based on the result of the call of interface. If all multidimensional authentication interface calls are successful (return the result), the payment contract transfers 2 TKYs to THEKEY, otherwise returns 2 TKYs to the hospital. If the location information interface call succeeds (returning the result), the payment contract transfers 1 TKY to the operator, and conversely returns 1 TKY to the hospital.

Yes, we are aware of the scalability issues we are facing right now, as I ever stated, the current consensus mechanism has the following drawbacks:

• Multi-scenario application requires a multi-consensus mechanism, and the current single-consensus mechanism is not sufficient to meet this requirement.

• There is a strong correlation between performance and the consensus mechanism.

• Security of whichever platform we would choose would be beyond our scope of control, leading to safety and/or security risks to data, funds and patients.

• Current platforms have not been designed to handle the sheer amount of data, such as patients’ medical image/footage, etc.

• The business logic can only be realized via Smart Contracts and DAPP development, severely limiting or negating the possibility for extreme platform capacity.

• Governance logic of virtual world does not suit the real world.

The evaluation will be positive, as I mentioned in THEKEY MVP Mainnet Progress Report that BDMI Mainnet has attained a high design standard after extensive experimentation and evaluation. After evaluation, BDMI will be deployed all over China gradually. Currently the pilot program is using BDMI, our core technology for the authentication of pensioners for pension distribution, and TKY is not being used in the system. Hi Catherine, the trading volume of the TKY is quite low. How can the liquidity be addressed? Is there any risk from being delisted from KuCoin? Note that I am a strong supporter and willing to maintain a longer investing horizon. My concern is lower liquidity lead to higher chance of manipulation. This can damage many aspects for your great company and present a barrier of entry for smaller investor. The key factor to a successful token economy is for token to be widely distributed and remain active in daily usages.

I noticed that the trading volume of tky token is low and I believe that with the further development of our project it will be improved. We are in active contact with all the exchanges listing TKY and there’s no risk of being delisted from Kucoin. But what I need to make clear is that my position is firm, we will focus on the real project value but not making the market. Other projects have integrated proof of stake or a dual token structure to counter the token velocity problem, which in turn increases the value of the token. Thanks for your questions. First, we don’t necessarily agree with the theory of token velocity problem. And on the other hand, TKY can request Validators to hold minimum amount of TKY(for example, at least 20millions TKY) to become eligible as Validator in THEKEY Ecosystem. This will reduce velocity. Second, I believe token with utility is of great value, and the price will go up in the end. For the projects with great products, the token price might be low temporarily, but it will surely increase in the end as the project develops. Currently the priority for THEKEY is to increase the value and development of the project itself instead of only increasing the token price. Please expect our next report for the solution.

The smart contract is pointing to our developer. The new contract is mainly about uploading the user’s information to the chain and for further tracking. 1. It is true that ICO is banned in China, but the government never said the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency are illegal. On the contrary, the Chinese government is embracing the blockchain technology and exploring the cryptocurrency applications due to the advantages cryptocurrency can bring, such as improving efficiency and lowing costs. The Chinese government is researching on implementing the regulations over cryptocurrency. I believe crytocurrency will be eventually used in China. And we are also in conversation with the Central bank for a possible solution.

2. As for the project management team, our ultimate responsibility is to increase the project value and avoid risks, which is I believe is in our investors’s interst. We are working hard to increase the project value. And I don’t agree with you on the statement that not being listed on a “good” exchange means we are not concerned about or not responsible to our investors. Besides, TKY is already listed on 9 exchanges. I also believe under the current market situation it is not wise to spend huge and unreasonable amount of money to be listed on certain exchanges, that would be as good as committing suicide.

3. Utility tokens and security tokens are serving different purposes, I don’t think the investment in security tokens will affect the price of utility token as you imagine. What matters the most to the price is the value of the project.
